Returns

You have 14 days to inspect the watch. If there are any issue we will work with you to repair the watch or return it for a full refund. The watch must be returned in its original condition, or an additional fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage or missing parts.

We offer a 120-day warranty on your watch for no additional cost. If something goes wrong within 120 days, We will pay for your return shipping and have our master jeweler get it functioning like new at no additional cost to you.
Even if you have any problems with your watch after 120 days, we still offer free shipping back to us, and We will have our master jeweler repair your watch at a cost you won’t be able to find anywhere else. If you were to go through our jeweler without us, you would pay three to four times more for the same services.
The warranty covers the internal movement of the watch only. It does not cover the case, crystal (glass) crown, bezel or any other part of the external watch. It does not cover accidents, dents, scratches or damage done to the watch while wear it after purchase.
