Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
When will your order be processed?
After an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation. Then we will process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible. All in-stock merchandise will be shipped immediately. Due to popular demand, certain items may not always be readily available. These items will be shipped immediately upon availability. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for back-order items.
Shipping to alternate addresses
In case you will not be home to sign for your order, we can ship your order to another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the nearest FedEx location nearest here.
We are proud to offer Free FedEx® Overnight Priority on all orders within continental USA. For these orders delivery time is usually 1-2 business day from the time your package leaves our warehouse. We will provide you with tracking number once it is available to let you track your order.
We will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERIES.
We offer shipping to Canada: $69 for FedEx Air (delivery in 1-3 days). UK and other countries: $149 for FedEx Intl Air (delivery in 3-5 days). Please note: all duties and customs fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We advise all our international customers to check with local customs offices for applicable charges.

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item doesn't meet the description on its page. Otherwise, all sales are final, there is no returns or refunds.
There are items that still might have factory stickers or non-removable tags on. We do not recommend you remove those stickers before you finalize your decision. In general, removing of a factory stickers and/or non-removable tags might cause up to 20% loss of item’s value and decrease its resalability. Therefore, such stickers or tags must not be removed in order to be eligible for a full refund. Every case with removed factory stickers and/or non-removable tags, will be processed on case-by-case basis.
