Ordering Goods
Orders can only be placed by people legally able to engage in a contract. Any order placed by you via this Website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified in this website at the time you place your order. Topwatch reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, but without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment.

Your ability to purchase products and services from this website may be terminated at any time by Topwatch without notice.

Order Notification
Upon receipt of your order, Topwatch will issue you with an email notification and a pro-forma invoice, listing the ordered items, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. If you have paid, we will attach your formal invoice to your product and you can expect delivery shortly.

If you concluded a telephone/email order, you will receive a similar pro-Forma invoice. You can then respond back to us with your proof of payment and we will process your order with the similar procedure as above.

South African VAT (Value Added Tax)
All orders placed within Topwatch are subject to South African VAT. All Topwatch prices are VAT inclusive. Any orders placed outside South Africa for delivery within South Africa are also subject to VAT. Any International Orders are VAT free.

Currency & Conversions
Transactions via Topwatch Shop are carried out in South African Rands (R) and processed through an international banking system. International orders are charged in R at the exchange rate of the day. Your final bill will be determined by the exchange rate applied by your payment services provider at the time the charge is recorded, plus any fees applied by your payment services provider. For an indication of how other currencies convert to R or another currency, use our online currency converter. These rates are indicative only.

Product Availability
Unless stated otherwise, all products ordered via Topwatch are available at the time of ordering. Any item unavailable online may be available via a back order. Queries about back orders should be directed to Customer Service on 021 910 0508 or email info@topwatch.co.za

Product Prices
Prices of products, services, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time. Topwatch retains title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products. Be aware, that due to varying market conditions in South Africa and overseas, prices of products sold via Topwatch Shop may vary between countries.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Topwatch during normal South African business hours, which are 08:00 to 17:00.

Valuable Cargo Delivery Costs
For our customers, we only accept the lowest cost and safest delivery procedures possible. All packages shipped via Topwatch are fully insured against loss, theft & damage during transit at no extra cost to you.

Acceptance of Delivery and Insurance
Due to the valuable nature of Topwatch products, we require a signature from an authorised person for your delivery at your nominated delivery address. Products will be deemed received by you, if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address.

Insurance applies until the order is delivered to your nominated address. Delivery details must include a daytime contact telephone number. *Post Office boxes cannot be used for deliveries by RAM Couriers.

International Import Charges & Taxes
Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs restrictions may also apply.

Complaints
Topwatch has a formal complaints procedure and any complaints should be emailed to info@topwatch.co.za. A reply will be sent notifying you of what action is being taken and when it will be resolved.

Returns
Topwatch offers you a 48 hour return and refund guarantee, should your watch not meet it's advertised standards. We also offer you a lifetime buy back promise, meaning that we will always buy back the piece that you purchased form us at a market related value.

Jurisdiction
Topwatch is based in Cape Town, South Africa and operates within the normal laws of commerce under South African business law. The normal laws of international commerce apply to international transactions. Any disputes will be held under South African Law in a South African Court of Law.
