The rose-gilt opaline dial features a striking “carbon” textured center, charcoal gray hands and white gold applied hour markers filled with luminescent coating, a 30-minute chronograph counter, and a 24-hour day/night ring tracking all 24 time zones simultaneously — adjustable with a single pusher at 10 o’clock via a mechanism patented in 1999. Presented on a hand-stitched grained taupe calfskin strap with steel fold-over clasp, accompanied by an additional beige nubuck-finish calfskin strap. Originally retailing at 71,643 USD, this example is offered meaningfully below current retail. The self-winding CH 28-520 HU is built around a 21-carat gold central rotor with Gyromax balance and Spiromax balance spring, comprising 343 parts and 38 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), bearing the Patek Philippe Seal, and delivering 50 to 55 hours of power reserve, water-resistant to 30 meters.
