This timepiece is in very good condition with only some signs of wear on the bezel visible only in harsh light. It comes as a set that includes both inner and outer boxes, booklets, and red tag. Introduced in 2008 and now discontinued in favor of the updated 126660, the Sea-Dweller Deepsea 116660 — affectionately known in collector circles as the “DSSD” — remains the definitive expression of saturation-dive engineering in a production wristwatch. The 44mm Oystersteel case measures 17.7mm in thickness and is constructed around the patented Ringlock System: a nitrogen-alloyed steel compression ring, a 5.5mm domed sapphire crystal, and an RLX-titanium caseback working in concert to withstand depths of 3,900 meters / 12,800 feet — the deepest water resistance rating of any production watch. A black Cerachrom ceramic unidirectional bezel with platinum-filled graduations, Chromalight luminescent dial with date at 3 o’clock, and helium escape valve complete the professional specification. Presented on an Oystersteel Oyster bracelet with Glidelock folding safety clasp providing 20mm of tool-free extension. A full service completed at Bucherer in July 2026 means this example is in peak mechanical condition. The in-house 3135 is a self-winding movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer, containing 31 jewels, beating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz), and delivering approximately 48 hours of power reserve.
