Pre-Owned Condition & Descriptions
All watches are sold as used / pre-worn / carefully loved. Signs of prior wear may include light scratches on the lugs, case, bracelet, or crystal. Each watch is carefully examined and described accurately to the best of our ability. Certain imperfections may not be expressly noted. If a significant issue is discovered, Wrist Flex Timepieces will work with you in good faith toward resolution.

Inspection & Return Policy
You have 24 hours from the carrier’s recorded adult signature delivery time (FedEx/UPS/DHL) to notify Wrist Flex Timepieces of any claim or to initiate a return for refund.

This 24-hour period is an inspection window only. The watch may be handled and examined, but not worn, sized, water-tested, opened, or altered in any way.

If a return is initiated, the buyer must ship the watch back within one (1) business day of providing notice.

All returns must be sent via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, fully insured for the purchase value. USPS returns are not permitted.

Return shipping options:
If Wrist Flex Timepieces issues a prepaid label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund.
If the buyer provides their own FedEx/UPS Priority Overnight insured label, no deduction applies for shipping.

Refund deductions: All refunds are subject to deduction of (a) non-refundable payment processing fees (3.5%), and (b) any prepaid return label cost provided by Wrist Flex Timepieces.

The watch and all accessories must be returned in the same condition as received. Any evidence of wear, sizing, tampering, or damage may void the refund or reduce it accordingly.

Extensions of the 24-hour inspection window may be granted only in writing at the sole discretion of Wrist Flex Timepieces. After the inspection window (or any written extension) expires, all sales are final.

Payments & Fees
Any price quoted or agreed upon through eBay does not include a credit card processing fee unless expressly stated in writing. Credit card transactions outside of that quoted structure are subject to a 4.0% processing fee unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Processing fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, these fees will be deducted from the refund along with any prepaid return shipping label costs.

Shipping
Watches are shipped via FedEx by default. Standard shipments are sent using FedEx 2nd Day Service. FedEx Priority Overnight or Saturday delivery may be arranged if specifically requested by the buyer and agreed to in writing by Wrist Flex Timepieces. If FedEx service is unavailable, UPS will be used. Wrist Flex Timepieces does not ship via USPS. All watches are packaged securely and double-boxed to ensure safe delivery.

Limited Warranty
Wrist Flex Timepieces provides a 30-day limited warranty covering only the internal mechanical movement of the watch. This warranty begins on the date of delivery as recorded by the carrier’s adult signature.

This warranty does not cover:

• External wear or cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, blemishes on case, bezel, bracelet, strap, or crystal).
• Water damage, misuse, accidents, or improper handling (including failure to properly wind or set the watch).
• Alterations, modifications, or service by anyone other than Wrist Flex Timepieces or its authorized service partner.
• Straps, bracelets, or accessories.

If a valid movement defect arises within 30 days, Wrist Flex Timepieces will, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the movement,
• Replace the watch with a comparable model, or
• Refund the purchase price upon return of the watch in original condition.

Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the buyer must:

• Notify Wrist Flex Timepieces in writing at info@wristflextimepieces.com within the 30-day warranty period, including the order number and a description of the claimed issue.
• Provide a written diagnostic statement from a certified professional watchmaker on official letterhead. The statement must:
  • Identify the watch by brand, model, and serial number.
  • Describe the specific mechanical movement defect.
  • Include the watchmaker’s name, contact information, and signature.
• Obtain authorization from Wrist Flex Timepieces before shipping the watch back.
• Ship the watch with all accessories and documentation via FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight, fully insured for purchase value, in the same or better packaging. USPS is not permitted.

Warranty claims made without a certified watchmaker’s diagnostic statement, without authorization, outside the 30-day window, or involving excluded conditions will not be honored.

Photography, Representation & Substitutions
All listing photographs are original images taken by Wrist Flex Timepieces using professional macro equipment to highlight the model and condition.

Photos are provided as a representation of the model and quality, and do not guarantee delivery of the exact serial-numbered unit depicted, provided the watch delivered is of the same model, reference, and comparable quality.

Accessories (such as straps, boxes, manuals, or hangtags) may differ in color or minor detail from those pictured. In the event of any discrepancy, Wrist Flex Timepieces will disclose the variance before shipment and provide a like-kind and quality substitution. Shipment will proceed only upon buyer’s acknowledgment and agreement.

Minor differences in accessory items or strap colors (e.g., black strap substituted for blue) do not constitute misrepresentation or grounds for return if disclosed and accepted prior to delivery.

Each watch sold by Wrist Flex Timepieces is guaranteed 100% authentic. Authentication papers, warranty cards, or documentation tied to the serial number will be included if available and described in the listing.
