Up for sale here is a very nice example of the Panerai Submersible cased in 47mm of carbon fiber.

Despite the large size, this one is very comfortable on the wrist due to the weight and material. Also, the lugs are positioned such that the strap can easily conform to the shape of your wrist.

The carbon is all in perfect condition, and this comes as a full set with the box/papers as delivered from the AD.
