Up for sale is my Patek Philippe Calatrava Pilot Travel Time 5524G. The strap is calf skin on both sides with pull tab spring bars for easy changes. It has crosshatched, contrasted stitching like you’d see on vintage aviation apparel. The buckle style is unique to these models and designed to look like buckles on the pockets of vintage aviation jackets. The white gold case is subtle and gives this piece the ability to fly under the radar while still maintaining the heft of a gold watch, while the matte granular dark blue dial with heavily lumed numerals and hands make this as legible as a pilots watch should be. The travel time function includes locking pushers on the left side to bring forward or set back to local hour hand with the option to cover the skeleton home hand for a more traditional three-hand look. Independent adjustment of the date is done with the pusher on the bottom of the case. Unlike many other pieces that have a day/night indicator, this features one for both local and home time. As you’d expect with any Patek, the hand-finished high horology movement is a spectacle to behold. With its lume and functionality, this is one of the sportiest Calatravas ever made, and can easily be used as a daily wear!

This watch comes with original shipping box, outer cardboard box, inner wooden box, cloth box protector, date change pusher, leather booklet holder, Patek history booklet, collectors library booklet, manual, and original purchase receipt. The leather band is a bit creased where it’s been buckled but has no cracks or discoloration, the case has minimal surface scratching/ swirl marks, the buckle has light scratching, and the sapphire is flawless.
