Patek Philippe Hour Glass, vintage Tegola. Yellow Gold ref. 1593

Up for sale here is a nice example of a vintage Patek Philippe, reference 1593. This model, the Hour Glass or “Tegola”, was produced from 1944 to 1967, with less than 1,000 made in total. Comes sporting the caliber 9-90 movement with the Gyromax balance wheel, which at the time of this watch’s production, was recently patented by Patek.

This particular watch is in excellent condition (especially for the age), and has the Patek signature and insignia on the case, movement, strap, and crown. Comes with the original box.
