Up for sale here is the classic Rolex Submariner Date, cased in 18k yellow gold. Ref. 16618.

If you don’t like the bulk of the ceramic bezel subs in what’s called the “maxi case,” this one feels a bit more balanced on the wrist and easy to wear.

Unlike vintage era submariners, this one represents the final stage of the metal bezel subs, and has a much more sturdy build with solid bracelet links and end links, as well as the desirable “no-holes” case.

Comes with the original box, sub booklet, red tag, and service papers from a bezel replacement in 2012.
