HYT Moon Runner Red Magma Fluid Mechanical Carbon Fiber case! Full Set 2022

For sale here is a rare find! This HYT is cased in full carbon fiber, and is one of only 27 pieces. Amazing case shape with the skeletonized lugs of carbon fiber. Ref. H02057

Fully encased in carbon fiber, the time is read by the red fluid as it passes through the tube around the dial. The fluid is pumped between the two piston reservoirs visible through the back of the watch, and once it goes all the way around from 6 to 6, the fluid is pushed back into the starting reservoir and it begins again. Minutes are read by the arrow on the outside of the calendar.

In addition to the novel time telling, this watch also has one of the most interesting moonphase readouts I’ve ever seen! Inside the Month/date calendar sits a red and black sphere, showcasing the side of the moon currently facing us.

This is a fully mechanical timepiece! No batteries, solar cells, quartz, etc.

Comes as a full set of box and papers.
