Terms and Conditions for Bäb Katze Watches

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are between you and Bäb Katze Watches (“Company”). In consideration of the right to access and use the Bäb Katze Watches store hosted on the third-party website located at the Universal Resource Locator Address ValueMyWatch.com (the “Site” or the “Website”), and to receive the Products offered through the Website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use set forth in this Agreement and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age. YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AND THE PRODUCTS SOLD THEREON CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND INDICATES YOUR WILLINGNESS TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN. This Agreement applies to the products currently offered by the Company and any products that the Company may choose to offer in the future (collectively, the “Products”). Bäb Katze Watches reserves the right to change the terms and conditions listed in this Agreement at any time without notice, subject to the policies of ValueMyWatch.com.

All prices are listed in $US Dollars.

If your new Bäb Katze watch is not 100% to your satisfaction, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it.* All special orders are eligible for store credit only. Orders paid for with store credit are not eligible for a refund. For international returns, please note that any return shipping duties/taxes charged to Bäb Katze Watches will be deducted from the refunded amount. †We are unable to accept international returns from South Africa. Unfortunately, mystery watch purchases are final and not eligible for return.

Discount codes or coupon codes cannot be combined with any “Make an Offer” feature or cart-level promotions offered through ValueMyWatch.com. Discount codes are limited to one per order. Some coupon codes are valid for one-time use only.

We hope you understand that a new Bäb Katze watch can only be returned if it has never been worn or used. It is impossible to wear a watch, even briefly, without causing some blemish. Resized or modified watches with links removed are not eligible for returns.

Step 1
Ensure the watch has not been worn or sized. All returns must include the original, undamaged packaging containing all original documents (instruction manuals, warranty cards, hangtags, spare links, plastic protectors, etc.).

Step 2
A) Please sign in to your account on ValueMyWatch.com. Navigate to your order history under your account settings, locate the order containing the Bäb Katze watch you wish to return, and select the return option. Indicate the quantity to return, the return reason, and the requested return action. Add any notes in the comments section if needed, then submit the return request.
Note: If you checked out as a guest, please create an account with the email used for your order on ValueMyWatch.com to access your order history and initiate the return.

Step 3
Return the item to us in the original packaging, including all manuals, warranty cards, and any other materials that came with the watch (e.g., spare links, protective plastic). All returns must be shipped in a crush-resistant box with protective padding inside. Do not return items in envelopes, as these will not protect the item during shipment. We recommend using a standard postal service with trackable delivery confirmation and insuring the shipment to protect against loss or damage. For international returns, avoid using FedEx or UPS, as they may charge Bäb Katze Watches duties/taxes, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days after Bäb Katze Watches receives your return for your refund/store credit to be issued. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Ensure you submit a return request and receive approval via ValueMyWatch.com before returning your product.

Shipping charges for non-defective returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment center within 20 minutes of completion via ValueMyWatch.com. You can cancel an order at no charge if we are notified within 15 minutes. Please email us at Babkatzewatches@gmail.com or contact ValueMyWatch.com support between 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time for immediate assistance. A $10 restocking fee will be assessed if we are notified after the 15-minute window but before the order ships. Emails will not guarantee cancellation, as they are answered in the order received. Orders cannot be canceled after they ship. Special orders cannot be canceled, as funds have already been sent to the manufacturer to secure your watch.

Bäb Katze Watches offers a 10-day price guarantee. Should any item you purchase be reduced in price on our store via ValueMyWatch.com within 10 days of purchase, we will provide a store credit for the price difference, usable on any future order.

If orders are received damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, Bäb Katze Watches must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to retain return privileges.

Most items ship within 1 business day from the point the order is received via ValueMyWatch.com. We are unable to cancel orders unless notified within 1 hour of placement. In limited cases, we may cancel an order before it ships for a $10 fee. Our warehouse, coordinated through ValueMyWatch.com, is closed on weekends and US Federal Holidays. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will ship the next business day. UPS delivers only on non-holiday business days unless Saturday Delivery is selected at checkout on Fridays. Domestic USPS orders over $300 may be switched to UPS for secure shipping. Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. shipments over $100 and most international orders over $249, if listed. If an item is out of stock and unobtainable, an email will be sent to the buyer. Bäb Katze Watches reserves the right to change the shipping method or carrier, provided transit time remains comparable. We are not responsible for items once they leave our premises.

Once shipped, liability falls under the carrier’s terms. We ship to the address you provide; if inaccurate, neither Bäb Katze Watches nor the carrier is liable for loss. Verify your shipping address carefully. Report shipping damage to Bäb Katze Watches at Babkatzewatches@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, or it becomes ineligible for insurance/refund claims.

Shipping charges cover freight only and exclude insurance, which is optional at checkout. If insurance is not selected, the customer assumes all financial responsibility for non-delivery and agrees not to hold Bäb Katze Watches liable or initiate chargebacks. If insurance is selected, we will replace non-delivered items within 60 days of shipment, or issue store credit if replacement is unavailable. Insurance does not cover theft from packages in transit or non-delivery by local postal services. Notify us at Babkatzewatches@gmail.com within 30 days if your order hasn’t arrived so we can issue a tracer. For international USPS shipments (e.g., First Class, Priority, or Express), tracking may be limited, and the buyer assumes all risk of non-delivery.

International orders may incur tariffs, duties, taxes, or handling fees assessed by your local postal/customs office, which are not included in our charges and for which Bäb Katze Watches is not responsible. If UPS/USPS bills us for unpaid taxes/duties, you authorize us to charge your original payment method. Refused or undeliverable orders incur a 20% restocking/re-processing fee.

Warranty issues are handled directly with the watch manufacturer, not Bäb Katze Watches. Customers agree to hold us harmless for manufacturer warranty claims. Warranties do not cover battery, crystal, strap, or bracelet damage from improper handling, accidents, normal wear, or water damage unless due to defects in materials/workmanship.

By ordering, you accept that Bäb Katze Watches and affiliates may email you about sales, specials, or announcements. Opt out via the Unsubscribe link in any email.

Water resistance ratings are theoretical, tested in labs under static conditions. Real-world use (e.g., arm movement, water pressure) increases stress on the watch. For scuba diving, a watch needs a screw-down crown and case back. Bäb Katze Watches’ ratings:

“Water resistant”: Splash-proof, not submersible.

“50 Meters”: Brief submersion (e.g., hand washing).

“100 Meters”: Swimming.

“200 Meters”: Recreational scuba diving.
Avoid bathing with watches; soap/shampoo can damage gaskets.

The Website, hosted on ValueMyWatch.com, presents content (text, graphics, photos, etc.) owned or licensed by Bäb Katze Watches or third parties via agreements with ValueMyWatch.com. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bäb Katze Watches.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Bäb Katze Watches may refuse or cancel orders, even if confirmed and charged. Refunds will be issued for the incorrect amount.

The Site, materials, and Products are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free service.

These terms apply upon accessing the Site or purchasing Products and may be terminated by Bäb Katze Watches without notice. Surviving provisions include disclaimers and liability limits.

Products are offered via ValueMyWatch.com, subject to change or discontinuation. We may restrict access at our discretion. Not all Products are available everywhere, and eligibility is determined by us.

Bäb Katze Watches is not liable for damages from using or inability to use the Site or Products, including consequential or incidental damages, even if advised of such possibility. Liability is limited to fees collected or $500, whichever is less, and no action may be brought after one year.

You agree to indemnify Bäb Katze Watches and affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Site/Products or breach of this Agreement.

Submitted information becomes Bäb Katze Watches’ property, usable without confidentiality unless specified in our Privacy Policy. Review this Agreement periodically for updates, which become binding upon posting.

Claims are settled in courts in Guadalupe County, Texas, governed by Texas law, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

We collect personal information (e.g., name, address) when submitted voluntarily, used only to fulfill your request unless you opt in otherwise. Cookies/trackers may be used but not for personal data collection unless tied to prior submissions. Information may be shared with authorities for fraud prevention, not marketing.
