SHIPPING:

We offer free overnight shipping in the USA for all purchases. All watches are shipped via Fedex fully insured to your nearest FedEx Ship center. Signature and photo ID are required for pick up. This is non-negotiable! SALES TAX APPLIES TO TEXAS RESIDENTS. 

AUTHENTICITY:

We stand behind every timepiece we sell as 100% AUTHENTIC. Every watch we list is inspected by our dedicated watchmaker for authenticity as well as tested for accuracy and proper functionality. 

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: 

Please note that you are responsible for any import duty that might be required when shipping to your country. Please contact us prior to purchasing to validate that we are able to ship to your location. 

RETURN POLICY: 

We welcome you to schedule a video call to break bread and show you any piece that we have in stock. Phantom Luxe offers a 24 hour no questions asked return policy following your inspection. Buyer pays return shipping. All sales final after. Serial numbers are redacted for confidentiality.
