A fully diamond-set reincarnation of a sports icon dating back to 1979, this Polo Chronograph is a 42mm cushion-shaped timepiece in 18-carat white gold measuring 11.2mm in thickness, with the case set with 178 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 2.70 carats, graduated in size across the bezel to emphasize the cushion silhouette. The fully diamond-paved dial is set with an additional 286 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 1.0 carat, contrasted by two deep blue chronograph counters at 3 and 9 o’clock and a date window at 6 o’clock, with the crown further set with a brilliant-cut diamond and the buckle set with 15 brilliant-cut diamonds — all beneath a sapphire crystal with sapphire exhibition caseback revealing a striking blue oscillating weight. Presented on an interchangeable alligator leather strap with white gold deployment buckle. Originally retailing at approximately 130,000 USD, this example is offered well below current retail.
